It's the same story for our Service Department. Both Matthews
locations feature award-winning service professionals. If
you can break it, we can probably fix it.

It all started back in 1944 when we first opened our doors.
In those days John Matthews, Sr. and his wife Edna sold
bikes and accessories with the same philosophy we have today
- customer satisfaction comes first.
Quite a few years have passed since then. Bikes have come
a long way. But our owner Nancy Parent and the entire Matthews
staff know some things never change. Customers are clients.
They must be treated right. They deserve the right equipment
for their needs, even if it means we send them to another
bike shop.
Today we have two locations. We stock as many as 5,000
bikes. And our selection of helmets, accessories, and other
gear is unmatched in Indy.
